Frequently Asked Questions

There is light discoloration on my candle. What is that?

The nature of soy wax produces an effect called "frosting", which is easier to see on darker candles. While we try to minimize the appearance of frosting as much as possible, your purchase may have some frosting on it. This in no way effects the performance of your candle!

How long will my candle last?

Our 8 oz. candles last about 30 hours, and our 4 oz. candles last about 24 hours. This can be impacted by how long you burn the candle in a single sitting.

What is the best way to burn my candle to get the most out of it?

A perfectly used candle starts with a perfect first burn-- before lighting your candle, make sure you can allow it to burn for at least 2 hours or until it's melted to the edges. This will establish a proper melt pool, so that as you burn the candle minimal wax will get left on the sides. In addition, we recommend cleaning the wick with a tissue before each use to eliminate soot and to keep the flame from getting too big.

Will you ever have an <insertfandomhere> candle?

We love getting requests and suggestions for future products! We truly do take to heart any and all scent requests. That being said, there are many moving parts involved in producing a new scent, and as much as we'd love to create one for everything suggested we simply don't have the time for all of them. We're always actively working on new scent themes, so keep your eyes peeled for your favorites!

When can I expect my order?

This varies from location to location, but we ship all purchases out 3-5 days from the purchase date. Domestic shipping typically takes 1-3 days, but may vary. We ship all purchases through USPS.


We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, we ask that you:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
